A native of Florida, Mr. Lynch moved to Arkansas to attend Hendrix College and, later, the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville. Mr. Lynch has worked with and against some of the top firms and companies in the country, having spent most of the first 15 years of his career in Dallas, Texas, where he initially litigated complex tort and business cases, before moving in-house and becoming the long-time Vice President of Legal, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Rug Doctor, LLC, a leading international manufacturer and distributor of carpet cleaning appliances and chemicals, with operations in all fifty states, subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, Canada, and Germany, and manufacturing partners throughout the world.

In addition to practicing law, Mr. Lynch owns two other successful businesses, which gives him a unique perspective on the daily challenges faced by employers and human resource professionals.
